1、Day 3
According to the data collected on the site the day before, the members of the improvement week were divided into three groups, and under the guidance of Mr. Li Zhankai, they drew and explained the VSM status map of the company's information flow, direct push products and horizontal push products.
2、Day 4 - Day 6
On the basis of the VSM status map of the previous day, all lean activity week members brainstormed and put forward all the problems and doubts encountered in the work process, and the problems found in the data collection process, and brainstormed at the same time, proposed feasible improvement and optimization plans and opportunities, and a total of 150 improvement opportunities were found on site.

3. Identify improvement issues and improvement projects
Based on the explosion map posted by all members, the feasibility and solutions to solve problems were discussed in small groups, and improvement opportunities were merged, and a total of 40 improvement projects were output and 13 project teams were established. After discussion, it was decided that General Manager Pan Deng would be the general leader of the lean improvement project, and a lean promotion office was established at the same time, with Qiu Huixia as the team leader and Hua Feng, Gao Yunhui, Fu Desheng, Yuan Mingdong, Zhang Hao and Qiao Xiaohong as team members to jointly promote the lean improvement project.
4、Day7
Improvement Week Summary and Signing Meeting
On the afternoon of June 1st, the company held the summary and signing meeting of the improvement week, which was divided into 7 processes, reviewing the process of the improvement week, introducing the lean project organization, issuing the "Lean Improvement Project Responsibility Letter", the speech of the representative of the project leader, the speech of the representative of the project team member, the speech of the consultant teacher, and the speech of the general person in charge of lean.
